At Yummie, we want you to love your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain intimate apparel must remain in its original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your account email.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn garments in their original packaging, attach the printed shipping label securely to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
